Terms of Service

HOMIES is a discovery, booking, event-registration, rewards, and venue-operations platform. Venues and organisers are independent providers. Unless we expressly say otherwise, HOMIES does not own, operate, or guarantee every venue, activity, event, equipment item, staff member, or reward shown in the Service. The venue or organiser remains responsible for its premises, facilities, safety rules, event execution, and service quality.

You must meet the minimum legal age in your location and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials, OTPs, booking codes, and account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorised use. One person may not create accounts to evade limits, promotions, bans, or fraud controls.

A reservation hold is temporary and may expire before payment. A booking is confirmed only when the Service shows confirmation and the required payment or venue approval has completed. Check-in may require a QR code, PIN, manual verification, or other method shown in the Service. Early arrival does not start a session before the booked start time. Late arrival, no-show, venue rules, and session end may affect unused time as described at checkout and in the applicable venue policy.

Registration is subject to the event’s registration window, capacity, eligibility rules, schedule, format, and organiser terms. An organiser may change, cancel, postpone, or enforce event rules. Current customer registration flows support free event registration; any paid event must display its price and applicable payment/refund terms before commitment.

Prices, taxes, fees, discounts, and payment methods are shown at checkout and may be controlled by the venue, organiser, payment provider, or HOMIES. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the payable amount. Payment status is determined by verified provider/server records, not merely by a client screen. You must not use a payment method without authority.

Tiergies are promotional loyalty units usable only as the Service permits. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, 1 Tiergy is intended to represent ₹1 of eligible checkout discount, subject to server rules, caps, expiry, eligibility, reversals, and minimum payable amounts. Tiergies are not transferable, refundable for cash, interest-bearing, or redeemable outside the Service. We may correct errors, reverse rewards associated with refunds or abuse, expire promotional balances, or change future earning rules with notice. Partner rewards are subject to inventory, eligibility, expiry, and partner fulfilment.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, no-shows, and service failures are governed by the booking-specific terms shown before confirmation and the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Payment-provider disputes and chargebacks may be investigated. You must not submit a false dispute or duplicate refund claim.

You must not misuse the Service, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer it, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person, manipulate bookings or rewards, abuse referrals, harass users or venue staff, or use the Service for gambling, unsafe activity, or any purpose prohibited by law. See the Community Guidelines.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant HOMIES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and use it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.

Maps, authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, links, venue services, and rewards may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may apply. HOMIES is not responsible for third-party outages or acts to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, suspected fraud, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Clauses concerning payments, rewards, content, liability, disputes, and records survive termination as needed.

The Service is provided subject to availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMIES disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including uninterrupted availability and every venue’s safety, suitability, legality, or performance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that limit, HOMIES is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. For claims that can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to HOMIES for the affected booking, event, or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and tribunals at Palghar, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any required dispute-resolution process. Before filing a formal dispute, contact tiermetry@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
